Excellent Scottish Hotel Experience!

comfy sofa beautiful furnishing lovely staff
The room was AMAZING!!! It featured a comfy sofa and a chair. I booked bed and breakfast this time. The hotel has beautiful furnishings. Rooms are huge compared to other hotels in the area. There was plenty of parking for my sports car. The staff were lovely.
The rooms really need updating and having a more modern look and feel. The carpet had an old, dirty feel. The bathroom hot water tap made loads of noise, and the tv was tiny. Pillows could be renewed and some money spent on getting pillows that are of good quality.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provides ample parking space, VERY helpful when traveling with a car. It features well-kept gardens, where guests are able to relax and enjoy the scenery. There is a lift available for easy luggage disposal.
Location
8/10
The hotel offers a quiet setting. It is set in extensive grounds. These fine grounds are explorable, so guests admire the beautiful planting. The location allows for a tranquil and efficient atmosphere, away from city noises.

The staff offered a warm welcome and upgraded my room. The food in the restaurant was superb and the staff were efficient and friendly.
The room's shower produced only lukewarm water and had low pressure.

thick dust human hair
The breakfast was acceptable, with a selection of cooked dishes and fresh fruit.
My room felt dated. I found quite a lot of dust in the room, especially on the bedside lamps and bulbs. To make matters worse, I spotted human hairs on the bath edge and sink, I was pretty disgusted.
